Job Objective:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Wellness Expert to support the daily retail and clinic operations at our Wellness Clinic. This role will be instrumental in delivering a seamless in-clinic experience, assisting walk-in customers and patients, and driving product sales under the guidance of the Clinic Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk & Customer Handling
- Greet walk-ins and provide primary consultation guidance until the doctor is available.
- Manage appointments, patient registration, follow-up scheduling, and WhatsApp communication.
- Maintain a calm, informative, and empathetic customer approach at all times.
- Conduct or help clinic doctors with therapy if required
2. Sales & Product Knowledge
- Educate customers about BOHECO’s wellness products and their benefits.
- Assist customers with in-store purchases, upselling and cross-selling wherever applicable.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through personalized product pitching and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with training modules.
3. Billing & POS Operations
- Handle billing, discounts, returns, and daily reconciliation using the POS system.
- Ensure sales personnel name is tagged during invoice entry for tracking KPIs.
- Maintain daily logs of cash/card/UPI transactions and handovers.
4. Inventory & Store Upkeep
- Monitor stock levels, update inventory sheets, and report shortages in advance.
- Ensure timely display rotation, expiry checks, and cleanliness of product shelves.
- Coordinate with the Clinic Manager for weekly inventory planning and inward/outward entries.
5. Event & Engagement Support
- Support execution of in-clinic events, workshops, and customer awareness initiatives.
- Assist in gathering and documenting customer reviews, testimonials, and product feedback.

Clinic Manager – Brigade Road Clinic
(Part of the Business Development & Marketing Function)
Education:
- UG: Any Graduate (Preferred: Life Sciences, Healthcare, Retail, or Hospitality background)
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong verbal communication in English, Kannada and Hindi
- Confident and empathetic in customer interactions
- Sales-focused, target-driven, and adaptable
- Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare & wellness environment
- Good with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and billing systems
Working Hours & Other Considerations:
- Shift Timing: 9 Hours between 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM with 1 weekly off on Weekday
- Flexibility required for long hours and during promotional events
- Opportunity to grow into a Senior Executive or Trainer role based on performance
