Job Title: Internal Auditor
Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, identifying risks, and recommending process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits across various departments and business functions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and operational procedures.
- Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Verify the accuracy of financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare audit reports with observations, recommendations, and action plans.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Review processes to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads to gather information and resolve audit findings.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and operational information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA Inter, CA, CMA, CIA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, hospitality, facility management, or service industries.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
