We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tool Room & Mould Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in North Goa. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machining, mould maintenance, and precision component manufacturing. The role requires operating both conventional lathe and CNC machines while supporting production and maintenance activities.
- Perform machining, repair, and modification of maintenance motor covers and other machine components.
- Manufacture and repair critical plant spare parts to support Production and Maintenance teams.
- Carry out pre-drilling operations for chuck manufacturing to reduce CNC roughing time, improving productivity and reducing machining costs.
- Manufacture and maintain critical mould components such as pistons, stripper rods, guide pins, bushes, and other precision tooling parts.
- Operate and maintain both conventional lathe and CNC machines.
- Read engineering drawings and maintain quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and 5S practices.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
1–5 years in Tool Room, Mould Maintenance, or CNC/Conventional Machining.
Experience in plastic injection mould maintenance is an advantage. Willingness to work shifts and strong attention to quality and safety.
