Arkahub (Interglacial Renewable Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is building the infrastructure for residential solar in India. We make rooftop solar adoption simple and seamless for homeowners—from consultation and design to installation and after-sales support.
With a strong presence in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, we are expanding rapidly into Pune and are looking for a highly driven Marketing Executive to lead our on-ground customer acquisition initiatives.
About the Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing local, on-ground marketing initiatives that generate qualified customer leads for our Sales team. You will build strong relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), apartment communities, local influencers, and key ecosystem partners to establish Arkahub's presence across Pune.
This is a field-intensive role that requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute marketing campaigns independently.
Key Responsibilities
Community & RWA Partnerships
- Identify and build relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), apartment associations, gated communities, and housing societies.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with RWA committees to introduce Arkahub's residential solar solutions.
- Secure permissions for awareness sessions, society activations, kiosks, and customer engagement events.
- Develop long-term partnerships with communities to create a recurring pipeline of customer leads.
Lead Generation & Field Marketing
- Plan and execute Door-to-Door (D2D) outreach campaigns across targeted residential areas.
- Organize and manage Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as:
- Society activations
- Residential stalls and kiosks
- Community awareness drives
- Weekend events
- Local exhibitions and campaigns
- Educate homeowners about rooftop solar, financing options, and the benefits of switching to solar.
- Generate qualified customer leads and ensure they are accurately captured in the CRM.
DISCOM & Local Ecosystem Coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with local DISCOM officials and other relevant stakeholders to support lead generation opportunities.
- Coordinate with local ecosystem partners wherever applicable to improve market visibility and customer acquisition.
- Identify local events, associations, and networking opportunities that can help expand Arkahub's presence.
Sales Coordination
- Work closely with the Presales team to qualify leads and schedule customer meetings.
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants to ensure timely customer visits and follow-ups.
- Track lead status and help improve conversion through continuous coordination between field marketing and sales teams.
Campaign Execution & Reporting
- Execute city-level marketing campaigns as per business priorities.
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activities with the leadership team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, BTL marketing, sales, community engagement, or business development.
- Experience working with residential communities, RWAs, channel partners, or local institutions is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Pune.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
