Urgently Hiring: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive (Sales Background Preferred)
Location: Model Town, Delhi
Experience: 2–5 Years (Recruitment or Sales)
Salary: Upto ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across multiple industries and roles. Candidates with prior experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, customer interaction, or recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams
- Maintain candidate databases and follow-up records
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable profiles
- Ensure timely closures and smooth candidate experience
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with calling and candidate coordination
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online hiring platforms preferred
- Recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Candidates from sales, telecalling, customer service, or lead generation backgrounds can apply
