Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail shops, general trade outlets, and distributors on a daily basis
- Generate new leads and onboard new retailers/distributors
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product availability in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Ensure proper product display and visibility at outlets
- Collect orders and coordinate with dispatch/logistics team
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Handle payments follow-ups and ensure timely collections
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in FMCG field sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of local market (Ahmedabad preferred)
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and mobile apps
