About the Role
A Steward is responsible for providing food service to the guest, whilst ensuring that the venue is kept in a neat and orderly condition.
Summary
A Steward is responsible for providing hospitality services to customers in a variety of settings. This includes ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, as well as providing assistance with any queries or requests that they may have. Stewards are expected to be friendly and professional at all times, and to be able to remain calm in difficult situations. They are also responsible for ensuring that food and drink areas are kept clean and well stocked, and for maintaining health and safety standards.
