Job Description :
- Installing, configuring, examining, and resolving issues concerning to any device.
- To provide technical support to clients.
- Responsible for the servicing and repairing of the printers or any other device.
- Building relationship with customers.
- Coordinate with customers or clients for pending payments.
- Coordinate with customers or clients for renewal of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) on time.
Required Skills/competencies for the role :
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Be service-oriented and customer-focused
- Knowledge or Experience of Printing.
Work Experience : 0-2 years of experience
Educational Requirements : Must have Diploma/ Graduation/ Post Graduate in Printing
Age Limit : 20-25 years
