Position: Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to manage and execute the company's marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services through online and offline channels, organizing events, increasing brand visibility, and supporting business growth. The role involves both office-based and fieldwork responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Organize and coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, events, roadshows, and product launches.
- Visit field locations, events, and customer sites for marketing and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and event organizers.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Capture and share event highlights, customer testimonials, and product promotions on digital platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support sales teams with marketing initiatives and lead-generation activities.
- Maintain relationships with customers, business partners, and stakeholders during events and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistent company branding across all marketing channels.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and content creation abilities.
- Event planning and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
- Ability to travel for field marketing activities and events.
Qualification:
Experience:
- 1–5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Promotion, or Event Management.
Work Location: Indore
Office and Field Visits (as required)
Salary:
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
