Job Description
We are looking for a Research Intern to assist in analyzing recruitment platforms, documenting product features, conducting market research, and organizing research findings.
Responsibilities
- Research recruitment and job marketplace platforms
- Document platform features and user workflows
- Analyze employer and candidate experiences
- Collect and organize research data in spreadsheets
- Assist in preparing comparative reports and presentations
- Identify emerging trends in hiring technology and AI-driven recruitment
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and online research tools
- Good written communication skills
- Attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AI and recruitment technology
- Experience using Google Sheets or Excel
- Basic understanding of job portals and hiring processes
