Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Building lasting relationships, providing customer support, and addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the entire sales and post-sales lifecycle.
· Lead and Property Management:
Tracking leads, managing listings, and utilizing the CRM software to organize client and property data.
· Process Facilitation:
Coordinating with clients, vendors, and other departments to manage property transactions, payments, loan processing, and fit-out processes.
· Post-Sales Support:
Handling client queries, complaints, and providing assistance with property handovers, fit-outs, and after-sales services.
· CRM System Management:
Utilizing CRM software for data accuracy, smooth workflows, and generating reports on client interactions and sales performance.
· Team Collaboration and Training:
Working with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals and training staff on customer service standards.
Required Skills and Experience
· Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
· Organizational Skills:
Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records.
· Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data from the CRM to identify trends, generate insights, and improve customer experiences.
· Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with real estate CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
· Industry Knowledge:
Prior experience in the real estate industry, preferably in post-sales or CRM roles.
Salary: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 PM
