- B.Com, B.SC, BCS, BCA, MCA and B. Tech graduates preferred or equivalent in to other academic qualifications.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HCM system implementation (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar platforms).
- Strong functional knowledge of US/Canada HR, Payroll, GL and Benefits.
- Demonstrated experience in HCM configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and client interaction abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Job location - Pune (Onsite 3days ) (Remote – 2days)
Shift Timings - 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
