Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to manage inventory, stock movements, material receipts, and dispatch activities in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, timely material availability, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory data in ERP/Busy software.
- Prepare and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), and dispatch documents.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics departments for smooth material flow.
- Track inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation related to inventory transactions and audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and store management procedures.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Qualifications
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in store and inventory management within a manufacturing industry.
Salary - 19k to 25k (depends on interview nd communication skills)
