Roles & Responsibilities (RO / RM)
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Generate business through DST, DSA, and Connector channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
- Support business growth and sourcing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Identify business opportunities and resolve challenges.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Banking, NBFC or Financial Services.
- Proven sales and relationship management experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
