Key Responsibilities – Medical Representative
Incoming Material Inspection
· Inspect incoming raw materials and components to ensure they meet approved quality standards and specifications.
· Verify material dimensions, quality, and compliance before releasing materials for production.
· Identify and report non-conforming materials to the concerned department.
Sales and Promotion
· Daily visit of 10 doctors and 7 chemists to build strong relationships with assigned
doctors, chemists, and stockists.
· Promote Altor Life Sciences' products to healthcare professionals by providing
scientific information and highlighting patient benefits to persuade doctors to prescribe
our medicines.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per Company requirements.
Territory Management
· Prepare and submit monthly Tour Plans (TP) for approval by the ASM.
· Submit day-wise plans and adhere strictly to approved monthly tour plans.
· Maintain an average of 10 doctor calls and 7 chemist calls per day with the required
specialty focus, as per Company requirements.
· Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) via
the sales app promptly from call locations.
· Ensure timely and accurate submission of POBs.
Business Growth
· Implement Company-approved strategies to expand the customer base and improve
sales achievement month after month
· Ensure daily doctor conversions to Company products and establish doctor tie-ups to
support the Company’s focused brands.
· Implement strategies and campaigns, including facilitating medical conferences,
DGM, RTC, and CMEs, to drive business growth.
Stock Analysis
· Regularly check with retail chemists to ensure the availability of Company products.
· Meet stockists frequently to verify adequate stock levels of Company products
Competitor Analysis
· Conduct regular surveys and RCPA of competitors' products, prices, and promotional
schemes.
· Report findings and processes to the ASM on a daily basis.
Policies and Procedures
· Adhere to all Company policies.
· Maintain professional behaviour and ethical standards at all times.

v Willingness to relocate to headquarters city (if required).

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
