Job Summary:
Shah Brothers is looking for Warehouse Incharge is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Administrative departments. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, office administration, and other HR functions to ensure smooth organizational operations and a positive workplace environment.

· Managing end-to-end warehouse and store operations, including loading and unloading activities.
· Handling inward of materials, material verification, and proper storage management.
· Managing material issuance for samples, sales, and manufacturing requirements.
· Supporting internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
· Ensuring implementation of safety and risk management practices within warehouse operations.
· Managing inventory control activities, stock accuracy, and inventory reporting.
· Coordinating with cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues and challenges.
· Arranging contract labour and managing subordinate performance for smooth operations.
· Conducting team training and supporting workforce development initiatives.
· Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree is not mandatory but having one could give you an edge or be preferred for selection.
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse documentation.
- Experience in handling regulated inventory and cleanroom-grade materials is a strong advantage
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehousing operations.
- Understanding of GMP, cleanroom requirements, and biopharma documentation standards.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software.
- Good communication and leadership skills for team coordination.
Job Description: Demand Planner (Operations)

Job Summary:
The Demand Planner will be responsible for managing end-to-end demand planning, operations coordination, and supply chain activities. The role involves close collaboration with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient inventory management, and timely order fulfilment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end operations planning and actively support sales forecasting activities
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales inputs
- Manage supply chain activities including procurement planning and vendor coordination
- Track and monitor end-to-end order lifecycle to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, QA, Logistics) for smooth operations
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations
- Analyse demand patterns, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to management
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for business review
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and operational processes
Analytical Tools & Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Exposure to demand planning tools
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) for reporting and analysis
