We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executive cum Student Counselor to manage front desk operations while providing guidance and counseling to prospective and current students. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Administrative Duties
- Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries.
- Manage reception operations and maintain visitor records.
- Schedule appointments, counseling sessions, and meetings.
- Maintain student records, documents, and administrative files.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Student Counseling & Admissions
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and prospective students to maximize conversions.
- Explain course details, fee structures, scholarships, and payment options.
- Maintain inquiry and admission data in CRM or student management systems.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets set by the management.
- Conduct orientation and support sessions for newly admitted students.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, student counseling, admissions, customer service, or related roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

Experience Preferred: 1–3 years in Educational Counseling, Admissions, Front Office, Customer Relations, or Academic Support.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
