You are required to have:
1. Advanced Excel Expertise

Extensive hands-on experience (3 to 5 years) in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.

Proficiency in advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, conditional formatting, array formulas, and data visualisation techniques.

Ability to design and maintain complex spreadsheets, create dynamic models, and ensure data integrity for decision-making.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to extract insights from complex datasets from different data tables
2. Power BI – Automation and Dashboard Development

Proven experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.

Expertise in connecting multiple data sources, transforming data using Power Query, creating measures and calculated columns using DAX, and delivering insightful visual analytics.

Ability to automate data refresh processes and deploy dashboards for real-time business intelligence.
3. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) – Campaigns and Journey Management

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for managing and executing marketing campaigns.

Experience in setting up, monitoring, and optimising journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.

Strong understanding of real-time data synchronisation between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud for accurate campaign targeting and reporting.
4. Google Analytics & Digital Marketing Tools

Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and analysing web traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.

Familiarity with other digital marketing tools such as social media analytics platforms to support end-to-end marketing strategies.
