We are looking for a passionate and analytical Performance Marketer who can create, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize returns.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of Pixel implementation, Conversion API, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with eCommerce and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Shopify is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio or other reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing is a plus.
