Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Field Sales Officer with strong experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in orthopaedic implants and insurance. The role requires extensive fieldwork, relationship building, and a strategic approach to engaging with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, and healthcare professionals
- Promote orthopaedic treatment and related healthcare services
- Plan and execute regular field visits across assigned territories
- Identify new business opportunities and expand referral networks
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth within the region
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate with hospital staff
- Gather market intelligence and track competitor activities
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions
Key Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in medical sales (orthopaedic implants & insurance preferred)
- Strong existing network and personal connections with doctors
- Proven track record in field sales and target achievement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset to approach and engage healthcare professionals
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
