Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with relevant franchise, sales, customer service, business development, or coordination experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in franchise coordination, sales, business development, telecalling, customer relationship management, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication, coordination, and convincing skills may also apply.

Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from prospective franchise partners.
- Contact franchise leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain the company's franchise business model, investment requirements, benefits, process, and opportunities.
- Understand the prospective franchise partner's requirements, location, budget, and business interests.
- Qualify franchise leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule meetings and discussions between prospective franchise partners and the management/sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested franchise prospects.
- Maintain accurate franchise lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Update lead status, call details, follow-ups, meetings, and conversion activities.
- Coordinate the franchise onboarding process from initial enquiry to agreement and store launch.
- Collect and coordinate required franchise-related documents and information.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, accounts, legal, marketing, and management.
- Assist franchise partners with general queries during the onboarding process.
- Maintain proper records of franchise applications, communications, documents, and follow-ups.
- Track pending activities and ensure timely completion.
- Support franchise partners during the pre-opening and initial setup stages.
- Prepare regular reports on franchise enquiries, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead follow-up and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication and good relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
