About the Role
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Managers to promote Home Loan products across multiple locations in Mumbai. If you have a passion for field sales, relationship building, and achieving targets, we would love to hear from you.
Candidates with experience in Insurance, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Banking, NBFC, Pharma, FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Durables, Automobile, Real Estate, or any Field Sales background are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and channel partners.
- Promote Home Loan products to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, DSAs, and referral partners.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products and eligibility.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/MIS.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for sales may also be considered.
