Position Overview
Lyxaa is seeking a highly strategic, growth-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our market expansion, corporate alliances, and high-value partnerships from our Calicut center.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, pitching services to corporate clients, establishing referral networks, and driving overall revenue growth. We are looking for a professional with a strong management background, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of scaling business accounts.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Identify, pitch, and secure high-value B2B partnerships, corporate wellness accounts, and institutional tie-ups.
- Network & Referral Architecture: Build and manage professional referral networks, establishing strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and corporate partners.
- Lead Conversion Pipeline: Manage the business development pipeline, moving potential corporate inquiries from introductory discovery calls to final signed agreements.
- Campaign & Event Execution: Coordinate and launch localized corporate outreach campaigns, seminars, and networking events to drive center visibility.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain clear pipeline records, providing management with regular sales reports, market insights, and growth strategies.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Education: MBA from a recognized university or business school.
- Experience: 4+ years of active experience as a BDM or Senior Sales Executive. Experience within premium wellness, specialized healthcare, corporate insurance, or high-value service sectors is a significant advantage.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malayalam. You must be highly confident when pitching to corporate clients, HR heads, and business owners.
- Negotiation & Closing: Strong commercial acumen with a proven history of managing B2B sales cycles, building custom proposals, and closing contracts.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern CRM systems, data dashboards, and presentation tools to manage and track business performance.
