- Mass Screening: Run rapid telephonic or digital screenings to check basic skills and communication fit.
- Drive Execution: Plan and execute walk-in interviews, virtual hiring days, and campus drives.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain clear data hygiene in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and daily recruitment reports.
- Offer Rollouts: Move fast to close candidates, manage rollouts, and minimize post-offer drop-offs
