Reporting to: Rajendra Gadhavi, Professor of Practice, Bagchi School of Public Health
Role Summary
- Conduct facility audits and structured interviews
- Administer cross-sectional surveys with beneficiaries (trauma-informed approach)
- Conduct qualitative interviews with stakeholders
- Use electronic data collection tools (CAPI)
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical compliance
Key Skills: Communication, Public Health Field experience, Experience in HIV/AIDS will be an advantage
Qualifications
- Nursing Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Sciences / Public Health / Psychology / Nursing / Related field
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection
- Fluency in English and Gujarati (for Gujarat sites) or Kannada (for Karnataka sites)
- Experience working on GBV, HIV-AIDS, women’s health, or community-based research preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
