Key Responsibility:
- Design, implement, and maintain Service Control Policies (SCPs) using AWS Organizations.
- Maintain patch compliance and ensure all systems adhere to organizational policies, security standards, and best practices.
- Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for AWS environments.
- Ticket & SLA Management: Manage and prioritize service requests through ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), ensuring accurate categorization, timely resolution, and regular updates to customers, while monitoring and reporting on SLA adherence and performance.
- Deploy and configure AWS Control Tower to establish a secure and compliant multi-account environment using AWS best practices.
- Configure and manage monitoring and alerting solutions for client environments using AWS CloudWatch and custom integrations via Terraform and GitHub Actions.
- Perform end-to-end Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, execution, documentation, and post-mortem analysis to ensure resilience and data protection.
- Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to align infrastructure design with overall system requirements and organizational goals.
- Administer and secure Linux-based systems in AWS, ensuring system reliability and high availability.
- Manage and optimize AWS services such as EC2, RDS, Lambda, IAM, SSM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Service Catalog, and others.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and application delivery using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Identify opportunities for infrastructure performance tuning, cost optimization, and security enhancements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for AWS configurations, standard operating procedures, and environment architecture.
Skills and Experience Required
- 4-6 years of experience required.
- Strong experience with AWS Organisations and SCPs.
- Strong hands-on expertise in key AWS services: VPC, EC2, RDS, Lambda, IAM, SSM, EventBridge, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Control Tower, AWS Organizations, Service catalog, SSM Automation, ECS, EKS, etc.
- Advanced skills in Terraform for IaC.
- Proficient in managing, securing, and optimising Linux systems in a cloud environment.
- Scripting experience in shell or Python for automation.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with developers, operations, and security teams.
- Certifications (AWS Certified SysOps/CloudOps Administrator – Associate or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional) are a plus!
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
