Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security service delivery and address client requirements effectively.
- Monitor security incidents and coordinate timely responses to mitigate risks and minimize impact.
- Document and report on security operations, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
- Strong understanding of firewall management, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Experience with security information and event management platforms to analyze and respond to threats.
- Knowledge of network protocols, architectures, and security frameworks to design and implement effective controls.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect client environments.
- Familiarity with incident response processes and best practices to ensure rapid recovery and continuity.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
