What would you do? Manage day-to-day performance measurement, reporting, benchmarking, and investor reporting activities while leading a team of analysts and SMEs. Responsible for delivery excellence, controls, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement across performance reporting functions.
What are we looking for? Typical Experience • 6 to 8 years overall experience in Performance Reporting, Fund Administration, Investment Operations, Asset Management, or Alternatives Operations. • Prior experience managing small to medium-sized teams. Preferred Experience • 6 to 8 years overall experience (Associate) in: o Asset Management o Private Equity / Alternatives o Investment Operations o Performance Measurement & Reporting o Fund Administration o Investor Reporting Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor s / MBA Finance degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Strong proficiency in performance systems, data analytics, and reporting tools. • Experience managing global teams and supporting institutional investors. Work Requirements • Willingness to work in EMEA shift timings, rotational shifts, and business-critical coverage windows as required. • Willingness to work on Indian holidays or extended hours based on client and market requirements. • Ability to operate in a 100% return-to-office or hybrid model as per project and business policy. • Ability to support client visits, transition activities, governance reviews, audits, and crisis management situations when required
Roles and Responsibilities: •Key Responsibilities • Supervise quarterly track record production, including IRR, MOIC, attribution, and performance calculations. • Manage NAV-based return calculations, performance reconciliations, and monthly reporting deliverables. • Oversee benchmark, PME, and peer-ranking analyses to support investment and investor reporting. • Ensure timely completion of investor requests, DDQs, LP portal updates, and custom reporting requirements. • Review performance reports and conduct quality assurance checks prior to distribution. • Monitor compliance with performance methodologies, controls, and governance standards. • Manage data quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive issue resolution. • Lead a team of analysts, allocate workload, monitor SLA adherence, and support employee development. • Partner with Investment, Investor Relations, Operations, Finance, and Compliance stakeholders on performance-related initiatives.
