- Lead Generation: Find new clients via market visits, direct sourcing, builder partnerships, and channel partners or DSAs
- Customer Consultation: Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility terms, and repayment structures to prospective home buyers.
- Document Collection: Gather and verify critical financial papers like salary slips, income tax returns (ITR), bank statements, and property deeds.
- File Processing: Submit completed loan applications, check credit scores (like CIBIL), and coordinate closely with underwriting and operations teams for fast sanction and disbursement.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term ties with local real estate agents, builders, and existing clients to generate continuous referral business
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
