Performs incident triage & initial RCA via SNOW — provides findings & next steps to KP code fixes remain with value stream engineering teams
Monitors application health, batch jobs & integrations via TWS, Dynatrace, Splunk & Grafana basic SQL queries analyzes Splunk & JSON logs for issue diagnosis
Healthcare enrollment & billing experience required
