Job Title: Interview Panelist – NABFID HR Officers (Mock Interview Panel)

About the Role
As part of our exam-cycle preparation support, ixamBee is inviting experienced HR professionals to join our Interview Panel for the ongoing NABFID HR Officers exam cycle. Panelists will conduct structured mock interviews to help aspirants build confidence and readiness for their actual interview rounds.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one mock interviews with candidates preparing for the NABFID HR Officers exam.
- Assess candidates on HR domain knowledge, situational judgment, communication, and overall interview readiness.
- Ask relevant, real-world HR questions reflective of actual PSU/regulatory body interview patterns.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback to candidates post-interview.
- Coordinate with the ixamBee team on scheduling and interview format (virtual/in-person).
Who We're Looking For
- Senior HR professionals with substantial experience in core HR functions (Generalist, Talent Acquisition, ER, Compensation & Benefits, or related areas).
- Prior experience in banking, PSU, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies preferred.
- Prior experience as an interview panelist, assessor, or in campus/lateral hiring panels is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
- A genuine interest in mentoring and guiding exam aspirants.
Work Model
- Type: Freelance / Panel Engagement
- Location: Remote (Virtual) or In-Person, based on panelist availability
- Engagement: Per interview cycle
- Compensation: As per industry standards
