Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Officer to promote and sell residential, commercial, and plotted real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property presentations, handling client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, field activities, and networking.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
- Conduct property site visits and project presentations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Negotiate sales agreements and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with banks and loan partners for customer financing requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Insurance, Banking, Loan, or Direct Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
