Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification
Experience with Contact Center Technologies, IVR Integrations, Chatbots, and Call Analytics
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions and custom applications.
Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems.
Support customer engagement and cloud contact center technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
