- Teach postgraduate and undergraduate Civil Engineering subjects
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching material, laboratory manuals, and assessment tools
- Develop Course Outcomes (COs) and CO-PO mapping as per OBE guidelines
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, seminars, and practical sessions
- Guide M.Tech./PG dissertations, projects, and research activities
Research & Development :
- Publish research papers in reputed journals/conferences
- Apply for funded research projects, patents, and consultancy work
- Organize FDPs, workshops, seminars, and technical events
- Encourage innovation and interdisciplinary research
Administrative Responsibilities :
- Participate in departmental committees and accreditation work
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and result analysis
- Support admission, examination, and student mentoring activities
- Contribute to curriculum development and syllabus revision
Industry & Student Engagement :
- Build industry interaction and internship opportunities
- Mentor students for placements, higher studies, and competitive exams
- Promote skill development and employability initiatives
Qualifications :
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
- M.E./M.Tech. in relevant specialization with First Class
