Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate software development and implementation projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with clients, development teams, testers, and management to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
The role requires excellent communication, documentation, planning, and coordination skills to facilitate successful delivery of IT projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan, execute, and monitor software development projects.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow up with stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues to management when required.
- Maintain project schedules, timelines, and status reports.
Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team.
- Gather business requirements and communicate them effectively to the technical team.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, demonstrations, and review sessions.
- Provide regular project updates to clients.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and client sign-offs.
Documentation
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
- Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Project Plans
- Progress Reports
- Change Requests
- User Manuals and Training Documents
- Maintain proper records of project communications and approvals.
Business Development & Opportunity Identification
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and departmental stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, enhancement requests, and upcoming IT requirements within existing client departments.
- Coordinate with clients to understand future project needs, digital transformation initiatives, and software enhancement requirements.
- Share identified opportunities with the management and business development team for further action.
- Assist in preparing concept notes, proposals, presentations, and preliminary project documentation for new opportunities.
- Track ongoing government initiatives, departmental schemes, and potential IT projects relevant to the organization.
- Support management during client meetings, project discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions for prospective assignments.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA/Testers, DevOps, and Support teams.
- Ensure tasks are assigned and completed according to project timelines.
- Monitor issue resolution and communicate priorities to the team.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments.
Project Monitoring
- Track project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Monitor deliverables and quality standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Assist management in project reviews and planning.
Implementation & Training
- Coordinate software deployment activities.
- Organize client training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Ensure successful implementation and smooth transition to the support team.

- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and software testing concepts is desirable.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Project Coordination, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Software Implementation.
- Experience in Government (e-Governance) or Enterprise IT projects will be preferred.

Working Hours

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
