About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in the Customer Service module. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, customising, and supporting Dynamics 365 CE applications, integrating business processes, and delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions.

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM Development.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in D365 Customer Service Module.
- Experience working in enterprise CRM implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
- Create plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and integrations.
- Configure CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Functional Consultants.
- Design technical solutions and perform code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
- Support production deployments and enhancements.
- Follow best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications preferred.
