We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our real estate firm in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting and should be proficient in Tally, Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting practices. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, petty cash management, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions
- Manage financial records, bookkeeping, and account entries
- Handle petty cash and expense tracking
- Prepare and maintain reports in Microsoft Excel
- Assist with billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
- Support administrative and office-related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Office, and Excel
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Bachelor’s degree required (B.Com / Commerce background preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
