Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market expansion across assigned territories.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with Dealers, Distributors, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, and Corporate Clients.
- Expand and manage the dealer and distribution network.
- Generate qualified leads and successfully convert them into business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term relationship management.
- Represent the company and its premium product portfolio in the market.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals with a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in industries such as Furniture, Mattresses, Building Materials, Modular Kitchens, Interior Products, Motion Furniture, Plywood & Laminates, UPVC Doors & Windows, Lifts & Elevators, Home Improvement, or other related lifestyle and construction sectors. Candidates with a strong track record in business development, dealer network expansion, and relationship management will be preferred.
