Job Summary
Tech Solar is looking for a Senior Purchase Executive with 3–4 years of experience in procurement for solar or EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and coordinating the timely delivery of materials required for ground-mounted solar projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of solar project materials, vendor management, negotiation, purchase documentation, and coordination with project and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for ground-mounted solar projects.
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions with vendors.
- Procure solar project materials including mounting structures, cables, electrical equipment, fasteners, earthing materials, and other project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand material specifications and requirements.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase documentation.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Follow up with vendors regarding production, dispatch, transportation, and delivery.
- Coordinate with stores and project teams for material receipt and inspection.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network.
- Identify alternative vendors and materials to optimize procurement costs.
- Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor details.
- Resolve quality, quantity, delivery, and commercial issues with suppliers.
- Support cost optimization and timely procurement for projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
3–4 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience, preferably in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical EPC, Infrastructure, or Construction projects.
Ground-mounted solar procurement experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
