Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Integrator to lead solution design and integration for large, complex, multi‑tower outsourcing and transformation deals. You will build compelling solution narratives, drive cross‑tower alignment, and partner closely with sales and delivery leaders to create winning proposals.
This role demands deep solutioning experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to craft a powerful storyline that resonates with C‑suite stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end solution strategy for large multi‑tower deals (Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, BPM)
- Develop deal storylines, win themes, value propositions, and transformation narratives for pursuits
- Own presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, cost models, pricing, and competitive differentiation
- Integrate solution components across global delivery teams ensuring coherence, feasibility, and commercial viability
- Present and defend solutions to C‑level executives with clarity, confidence, and strong business articulation
- Shape operating models, SLAs, governance frameworks, transition plans, and transformation roadmaps
- Collaborate with sales, bid management, SMEs, architects, finance, and legal teams during deal lifecycle
- Drive innovation through modernization, automation, cloud adoption, and transformation initiatives
