Technical Support & User Assistance
Provide first-level and second-level technical support to staff, faculty, and users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, and other IT equipment.
Assist users with email, Microsoft 365, Teams, and other productivity tools.
Network & Infrastructure Management
Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.
Assist in maintaining structured cabling, network points, and IT infrastructure.
Support CCTV, NVR/DVR systems, and access control systems.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly IT reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
