Job Overview
Marikar Honda is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Trivandrum showroom. In this role, you will be the face of the dealership, welcoming walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the features of Honda two-wheelers to drive showroom sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers warmly and understand their specific needs.
- Product Demonstration: Provide detailed explanations of vehicle features, specifications, mileage, and pricing.
- Sales Conversion: Assist customers with test rides and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Relationship Management: Follow up with prospective buyers via phone and email to build a strong pipeline.
- Process Coordination: Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth purchase experience.
- Showroom Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle display area.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary School Certificate). Graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Experience: Freshers with high energy are welcome. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or automobile sales is an added advantage.
- Languages: Fluent in Malayalam is mandatory. Good conversational skills in English are highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, persuasive selling, and a confident personality.
