Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Develop partnerships with real estate agents and referral networks to increase sales.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, campaigns, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close property sales.
- Coordinate with bank representatives to assist customers with home loan approvals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Support customers throughout the booking, documentation, registration, and handover process.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, promotional events, and networking programs.
- Identify new markets and business expansion opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
