Job Role:
Client engagement, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
Lead management and maintaining records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinating with the sales team and assisting in upselling financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team for client engagement and meeting scheduling.
Handle client follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects and
existing clients.
Assist in lead management and maintain proper records in CRM or internal systems.
Support the team in upselling relevant financial products and services.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams for information
sharing and updates.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups on assigned leads and tasks.
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in tele-calling, sales coordination, customer support, or client
servicing (fresher’s with good communication skills may apply).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
Candidates with exposure to financial services, banking, insurance, broking, or
sales support will be preferred.
