JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Accounting Faculty to provide high-quality training in accounting and finance subjects. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theory-based classes, guiding students in accounting software, and helping them develop industry-relevant skills.
SALARY
Up to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives as per company policy
RESPONSIBILITIES KEY
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in accounting subjects
- Teach accounting concepts and software including:
- Tally Prime
- SAP
- QuickBooks
- GST & GCC VAT
- MS Excel for Accounting
- Basic Accounting & Taxation
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct tests and evaluate student performance.
- Clarify student doubts and provide academic support.
- Maintain classroom discipline and professional teaching standards.
- Support students in improving practical accounting knowledge and job readiness.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- M.Com / B.Com / Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- 1–2 years of teaching or practical accounting experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and software skills may also apply.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation.
- Practical knowledge of accounting software.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle both theory and practical sessions.
- Professional and student-friendly attitude.
PREFFERED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience in accounting institutes or accounting firms.
- Ability to train students for industry-oriented accounting jobs.
- Strong practical exposure in Tally, GST, and accounting procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
