Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can create eye-catching designs for product branding, packaging, social media, marketing materials, and export promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of creativity, branding, and visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Design artwork and graphics for paper cups, packaging, and product branding.
- Create engaging social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Develop brochures, catalogs, presentations, and exhibition marketing materials.
- Design content for websites, digital marketing campaigns, and email promotions.
- Ensure consistency of the Carma Paper Cup brand across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with production teams when required.
- Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (manufacturing or packaging industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to create innovative and market-oriented designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in packaging and product branding design.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Understanding of printing processes and export marketing materials.
