We are seeking skilled and motivated F&B Production Staff to assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will support kitchen operations and ensure timely food production for guests and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking food according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment and production tools safely.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.
- Support chefs and kitchen supervisors during busy operations.
- Help with buffet preparation, banquets, and special events when required.
- Ensure timely food production and service efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production, kitchen operations, or hospitality preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary training or food production certification.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or catering services.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
