Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Provide daily guidance, coaching, and motivation to sales representatives.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and ensure targets are met.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand customer needs.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments like marketing, customer success, and product development.
- Recruiting and Training: Hire, train, and evaluate sales staff.
- Goal Setting: Establish individual and team sales goals, quotas, and territories.
- Communication: Provide feedback, coaching, and address team member concerns.
