We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sr. Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property presentations, managing client relationships, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project details.
Pay: ₹9,875.82 - ₹49,761.80 per month
