We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth for our Managed IT Services and Managed Security Services portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, developing client relationships, and closing recurring service contracts.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, referrals, and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Business Development
- Promote Managed IT Services and Managed Security Services offerings.
- Schedule meetings with CIOs, CISOs, IT Managers, CEOs, and Business Owners.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and requirements.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Present company solutions and value propositions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor for technology and cybersecurity solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging opportunities in cybersecurity and managed services markets.
